Anyway, I already spoke to Azalea about this, but I'm willing to see if anything I learned with the portals can be used in conjunction with what we've learned about the Spirit Vein. Maybe we can figure out a way to mend the tears in it rather than make them worse? I don't know. It's something to work on if nothing else.

The last time the Black Order were protecting a portal, one of them trapped me in a literal book to stop me from getting in there. So uh, watch out for that, I guess?

They trapped me in a book. Literally. It was this guy with blue hair that was convinced I was working with Zodiac. It was my first month here and I wanted to see the gate.

So he just scooped me into it. It was like a pocket dimension, I guess? He just carried me out of the gate in the book and dumped me out. It was VERY much not what I was expecting being trapped in a book would be like. Extremely disappointing, really.

Right? They were making a BIG deal about it being sacred and how no one else should be interfering. Dunno where they get it into their heads that they're above us enough to be allowed to go in there, but the Black Order have always kind of felt self-important to me anyway. So this tracks.
