The Hebra region is cold; most of the rest isn't, unless you go up mountain.

At the very least, South Faron is pretty tropical...and then Eldin Mountain is so hot you need constant elixir or armor protection typically.

The Gerudo Desert is only hot during the day, on that note.

I grew up on O‘ahu, so I can handle tropical easily. might be able to do a desert, if I prepare for it...

I'd say eldin mountain is out for now, I haven't figured out extreme temperature protection yet... but if there's anywhere along the base that you want me to look at, I could give that a try

Well you'll definitely like the Lurelin area then...

Stick to regions you find safe to traverse; most of the area around the base of the mountain is either still Hyrule Field, or Akkala...which is pretty heavily populated by monsters.
