an everstone, then. i've only ever seen them stop pokemon evolutions but if this is the option you have i'll start looking immediately

its best to stick with an everstone for now, other evolution stones have accelerating magic properties and we dont know how that'll affect what bristlecone has

It's at least an option that's known to work. I don't think it's particularly ideal, but for the moment we want to stop the spread of the damage; we can work on containing it more cleanly after the stopgap's in place.

If you happen to find any of the other stones, I'll still pay for their inclusion. The forgemaster might be able to make some sort of composite material that balances the elemental components out.

we've already got the evidence that it'll work as a prevention method for it getting worse. pokemon evolution like a lot of what they do is based in magic, and an everstone halts that process so halting a flow of magic tracks be it magic that empowers or corrupts or both

if the magic that's on the crystal bristlecone's got has an element there's probably one that could counter it. in theory anyway.

the two elements that dont follow the rock paper scissors weaknesses and would be a close equivalent to find over in kanto are more rare but whatever it takes we'll find something

you've got people in pokego looking but i'll get jiang cheng and lan zhan to come along with me. it doesn't hurt to have more eyes for something this important
