It is hard to say because we have no understanding of it. No one who is apparently another version has suddenly remembered everything from the other universe.

If you rush a recipe, you can wreck what you're making. If you rush their memories, you may do more harm than good.

But I do understand how terribly upsetting this is, truly, I do.
