[She's not GONE gone, she has to remind herself of that. Once this adventure is over, once their time in Kaisou comes to an end... she'll see her again. They'll all be reunited again.

if she's not gone and we find her, then when she comes home, we'll surprise her with our own flowers for once.

[ He doesn't want to say goodbye as much as anyone else... nor does he want to ignore the obvious, though. He knows it's an empty platitude to play into, but... he doesn't know what to say. There's nothing to say. He'd never thought about any of them disappearing, from this world... He's not fully convinced it's not some crazy Spirit Realm kidnapping again but this time it only got Isabela, or what. But the doors. The doors were the kicker for him. Still... he's not going to bring that up and force the issue. The truth is, too, that in his own grief over Isabela, whom he shared such a special (though odd) bond with... he also just doesn't want to be alone right now, himself. ]
