so you've been to thavnair! did you see the capital? eat the food? there's a stall that sells curry wrapped in bread, they've been there since before i was born

Unfortunately there wasn't much of anything to see while I was there, and I was brought here before I had a chance to see it as it ought to be seen. Did get to try some of the local dishes, though, and I may have developed a fondness for chai.

good luck trying that here, unfortunately. i wouldn't consider myself much of any kind of mage, but i lost everything when i got here

So it wasn't just me? I am a particularly gifted thaumaturge and all I can cast at the moment is Blizzard, and not an especially strong one.

not at all. even as a dancer, throwing my chakrams did nothing and my dances don't have the aether punch i'm used to. as powerless as an archer with a broken bow, pretty much.

it's only in the past few weeks that's begun to change, but none of my techniques are working yet. i just recently got my endurance back so i can be halfway useful in a fight at all

Oh Twelve I didn't even think about that. That might explain why I got so tired so quickly fleeing from that angry swan, however.

i jumped into a fight last month with some kind of halone-looking ice warrior and was pretty outmatched. thankfully, i had help

you should expect a fight if you leave the city through one of those gates, by the way
