Eventually he'll find themselves somewhere in the city of Kaisou, that is currently having dinosaurs rampage through it. Great!
Shortly after arrival, he'll find a smart phone along with a book of instructions how to use it. You can intro either by making your own post, commenting to the August Event Log, or this Emergency Network Post.
There is a group text inbox that your character will be invited to on Friday. This is just an optional thing, so don't worry too much about it right now.
You now have 4 points that can be spent on any Regains for the month. These regains will ICly take effect after the Libra app appears on the phone.
