At least she realized overtly requesting nothing spicy was useless. Think she got the hint after the third potluck of both Costco chicken and patatas bravas?

And I'm pretty sure we won't. We're going to be waiting for the other shoe to drop and it's not only going to suck the whole time but it's going to suck when that other shoe does drop.

...dear me did someone find the chicken spicy though? I thought it was rather savory more than anything...

(I did try speaking to a colleague in the department but they were quite close-lipped about the matter by the way. Whatever it is they need us for it must be quite sensitive! At least on some level I suppose.)
