Welcome to the Gacha Goodwill! This is the place where you can purchase gacha/regains that were previously owned by other characters, or have a chance to earn some more regain points.

How does the Gacha Goodwill Work?
ICly, the Gacha Goodwill is a physical store that is across the street outside of the Void Denny's, just outside of Undertown. The shop is run by a mysterious shopkeeper who seems to have no name beyond "shopkeeper". The shop is only open two weekends a month, generally the first and third weekend of the month. The shop interior looks like any thrift store or goodwill you might find, just full of a lot more magical items as well.
OOCly, it'll work like this:
- Purchases from the Gacha Goodwill will only be open on first and third weekends of the month. As such, please only comment on those weekends.
- Purchases are first come, first serve! Should the goodwill run out of an item, its out.
- Items range in price from free to 3 regain points based on the value of the item. There is also a limit to the number of items from each price tier you can buy. Free items you can purchase up to 4 every week, 1-point items you can buy 4 per month per character, 2-point items are limited to 2 per month per character, and 3-point items are limited to 1 per month per character.
- Things such as powers and what not will be contained in things such as scrolls, potions, or mundane enchanted objects.
- Don't question how the food doesn't go bad. You don't want to know.
What if I want an item that my character wouldn't take?
In cases like that, we can say that the shopkeeper either insisted they buy an item, or slipped it into their bag because they felt the stars were aligned. If your character isn't one that'd go to the storefront, the item could also end up somehow attached to an online purchase they made or just showed up at their doors because of the STARS.
In other words don't question it too much, we're talking about a magical goodwill full of nail bats and magic kitty cloaks for crying out loud. If you want an item, there will be a way.
Can my character purchase something as a gift for another?
Yes they can! It's perfectly fine to gift any of these items to another character if that's what your character would do. Just please indicate WHICH character they plan on gifting the item to for our own records.
What ways can I use the Gacha Goodwill to earn Regain Points?
There are three ways that the Gacha Goodwill allows players to earn points. They are:
Donations: Players can donate gacha items or regain they don't want by filling out the donation form. For every 2 items/powers that get donated, the character will get 1 free regain point. To make sure it's an item that a player truly doesn't want, all items must've been owned by the player for at least one month before it'll be accepted as a donation. The only items that can't be donated are items purchased through the Goodwill. All sales are final here!Special Deals
In any situation where the character wants rid of a regain but their player does not, the shopkeeper will refuse the donation and cite that the stars aren't aligned for this donation yet. Items previously purchased from the Gacha Goodwill are not eligible for donations (unless the character has been dropped, then they will find their way back to the gacha goodwill somehow).
Finally in the event that a character should be dropped, all their gacha items will be donated to the Gacha Goodwill along with any regain items that they willingly donate at time of dropping. Anything they don't donate will be lost to the void.
Point Transfers: If you are interested in transferring unspent regain points from one of your characters to another character you play, you can do so during Gacha Goodwill hours at the cost of 50% of the points transferred. For example, if a player had 10 unspent regain points on character A, but wanted more points for character B- they could give up the 10 points on Character A and Character B will receive 5 additional regain points. Point transfers may only be used between characters that a person plays and may not be donated to other players.
Flaws: Characters can get extra points should they decide to take on a flaw, which the available ones are listed on the flaw tab. The more severe the flaw, the more points they will earn. These flaws are considered permanent and ICly they can appear any number of ways (something they ate, some accident, woke up with it, etc). Should you wish to get rid of the flaw, you need to do so in the regain page and pay whatever amount of points you received for the flaw.
Characters who already had an available flaw listed can comment and cash in for points when gacha goodwill is open.
Gacha Goodwill will occasionally hold special deals while it's open depending on what's going on in the game, so keep an eye on that! Besides those one-time events, these are some regularly occurring special deals:
Flash Sale: On the first weekend of the month, Gacha Goodwill will hold a flash sale on a particular item. Should you purchase this item during the sale, you will get a free gacha roll with your purchase. Due to limited inventory, we ask that flash sale purchases are limited to one per player per month.
Grab Bags: On the third weekend of the month, characters can purchase a free grab bag that contains three random items from the gacha goodwill's inventory. Grab bags are limited to one per character per month.
- Characters with the Lucky ability will be allowed to request a reroll on grab bag items once per grab bag weekend. They must specify WHICH item(s) is getting rerolled, and they will have to accept whatever new item they receive (aka no take-backs). Reroll requests must be made before 12pm EST the following day from when they received their grab bag (aka if you received your grab bag at 9pm EST on Friday, you must make that request BEFORE noon on Saturday) or by the time Gacha Goodwill closes that weekend (whichever time is closer).
- Low Luck (+1): Can reroll 1 item.
- Medium Luck (+2): Can reroll up to 2 items.
- High Luck (+3): Can reroll up to all 3 items.
- Constant Luck (+4): Can reroll all 3 items OR give up all three items for a guaranteed 3-point item
- Characters with Luck Bringer can do the same thing, except for other characters (but not themselves). Same rules apply, just comment to the other character's grab bag results and get player permission to do so. Can only do this to one character per weekend.
- Characters with Misfortune or is a Misfortune Bringer can do the same thing, except you don't get to decide which items are being given up for the reroll (this will be decided by RNG). If you have Constant Misfortune (-4), your item will be guaranteed to cost 2 points or less.
Zodiac Drops: Each Gacha Goodwill weekend, Zodiac will donate a number of elemental abilities that are decided via RNG. This drop will focus on a different element or power type each weekend. No purchase limits on Zodiac drops, as they are treated like normal donations and will potentially cost points depending on the strength of the ability.

Note: In order to ensure that every player gets a fair chance at obtaining items, if you have previously purchased a specific item on ANY of your characters and wish to buy more of said item OR you wish to buy multiples of one item regardless of if you've previously purchased it before, we ask you to wait until Saturday @ 12pm EST to submit your purchase.
Example: If Fae wishes to purchase canvases for Yusuke but already bought canvases on a previous week, Fae will need to wait until noon EST on Sunday before Fae would be allowed to buy another canvas.
