but what about the people he turned into puppets, by implanting a stigma into them. when we kill him, is there a risk of his power being passed to them?

Honestly speaking, I don't know. I only knew two Dominions, and the Church kept them as secretive as possible.

However, if I was to put forth my best guess, I don't think that any of them would be candidates. From how my friend implied it in his explanation of how it's passed down, it's either that the Dominion chooses their successor or it's passed on to someone whose soul is worthy of the Stigma.

of course they would. i'm starting to wonder if there's a universe where the church isn't as sketchy as possible.

from the sounds of it, the man seems egotistical enough to believe he won't need a successor anytime soon. the second part worries me a bit though, but hopefully it won't function like that here.

The sketchiness of the Septian Church doesn't end with Dominions, I'm afraid. But I'm afraid that will have to be a story for after we deal with Weissmann.

That's the hope. We'll just have to see what happens when we get there.
