At some point recently Ash received orders to investigate the situation in Kaisou. Today, they will be sent an invite to join the Libra app in order to help with their mission. It's up to them if they wish to disclose their affiliation with the Order, but other Order members will know their identity. All Black Order members are issued a uniform - tailored made and customized to fit their personal aesthetic - that they can wear as much or as little as they like. You are welcome to have them make a network post, or just start tagging around! January's event log can be found here.
Your possession has been approved! As for the Black Order's awareness, the higher ups are aware and probably would send him on some pretty fight-heavy missions. However, they haven't bothered to tell any of the fellow guardians in Kaisou, so it's up to Ash if he wants to reveal that!
