It is as Xie Lian said. Deities of love and all that is associated with it, the positive and negative, exist and if there was someone monstrous enough to concoct a love potion like this, I do not doubt they would seek any means to make it as potent as possible.

Matters of the heart are dangerous without tampering with magical and divine attributes. To include those and callously spread them to the vulnerable and desperate is despicable beyond measure.

As keepers of peace and order, we must find the identity of this "H" and make him pay for what he's attempted to do.
