I'll leave the full report to someone who knows more about what is and isn't typical, but the potion was shipped here from somewhere else, and all we got from some of the folks selling is it was devised by someone they only called "H". We, uh, didn't get much more before one of them chugged a different potion and became a berserk flame bear of unusual size.
And uh, analysis of the potion turned up some disturbing results, namely traces of divine energy.
