Thanatos will find himself either in a labyrinth (The House of Hades, but the layout is all different and no one is around. If he teleports, he'll find himself just outside the gate of the labyrinth ) OR he can awaken somewhere in one of the stable gates. Either way, once he manages to exit the spirit realm, he'll find a smart phone along with a book of instructions how to use it. November's event log can be found here.
NOTE: Regarding Thanatos's teleportation, while there'll be no limit on distance - it'll be capped so he can only teleport to places he's been before within this version of Earth (meaning he can't just teleport to this world's Greece. He'd have to travel there the traditional way first). He also cannot teleport to any Spirit Realm areas that aren't currently available in-game (the justification is that the spirit realms are always shifting so he wouldn't know the coordinates anyway)
You now have 4 points that can be spent on any Regains for the month. These regains will ICly take effect after the Libra app appears on the phone.
