Mafuyu will find herself either in a labyrinth (a version of the doll exhibit, but the layout is different and there's a lot more marionettes hanging around. Some look like herself or people she knows. ) OR she can awaken somewhere in one of the stable gates. Either way, once she manages to exit the spirit realm, she'll find a smart phone along with a book of instructions how to use it. September's event log can be found here or you can make your own intro post!
NOTE: Considering the size of that ability and how I'm not sure how to scale it down to a lesser form, I'm going to say she doesn't have it for now but has the ability to regain it later if you wish (about eight points, since it's a literal pocket dimension full of npcs to talk to). Hope that works for you!
