Faye has a considerable amount of experience with actual ghosts, including the odd requests they may have at any moment. Along with that, she is a generally kind and helpful person who has the patience to deal with anyone who may be less than cooperative, a lot of this experience coming from being a tutor to her fellow university students. As far as powers are concerned, she has medium telepathy which can allow her to share emotions or images with someone else. Possibly helpful with facilitating the requests she may receive. She also has plenty of experience soothing potentially scared or unhappy children thanks to her volunteer work at a hospital.
