So for the water manipulation, we will treat it as a power boost! Basically Knuckles will now have the equivalent to Water Manipulation (extreme) (we're rounding it up to the 8 point value since there isn't an 6 point version). No need to do anything else, we'll make note of it on the past regain list when it gets updated after this weekend.
