1 - I assume the items and abilities are separate? G'raha has a staff he uses to wield magic, and I assume he'd have to get that and each ability separate. And even though he can't use magic without the staff and can't use the staff without magic, the staff woulds till count as a high powered magical item, yes?
2 - This is probably just me being stupid but I keep getting cross-eyed over it. On the regains, getting ears and tail and such would be 2 points each. On the elemental page, it seems to say 1 point each. Is it... different because they'd have to CHOOSE it for the in-universe powers, or?
