Hello! So just a general heads up, since the Sonic Movie franchise definitely falls under the "updates infrequently" bracket - in order to avoid spoilers for other players who haven't had a chance to see the show yet, we will be asking you to withhold any regains or canon updates until it's been one month since the release date (so it'll be May 26th before you can regain powers featured solely in the series).
The fact the show states they are pre-existing powers does not influence this because again, we're doing it so not to spoil other players of the series and it applies to regains because I know special movesets are a big part of the Sonic series.
1. Dig would be considered its own regain (as well as glide, you are correct there). Based on its power skill, I'd put it at about 2 points.
2-4. As for Chaos energy, considering Sonic used it in the first movie to knock out the power of the entire western half of the United States, we will not be allowing it at this point of time. Basically it's one of those power sources that are considered way too potentially gamebreaking to even want to mess with it. Sorry! For now there are plenty of ways to give power boosts through the elemental power system in Kaisou though, if you're interested.
5. He should be able to regain Flames of Disaster! For how much it'll cost, it'll depend on how long it lasts for. We can use the ability Elemental Imbuement on the regain price sheet for the price scaling.
6. As for the Rings, we can allow Knuckles to get a personal one for himself. It'd allow him to travel to any currently available Spirit Realms he's been to as well as any location on this Earth he's been to (aka so he can mentally visualize it). It'll cost 3 points!
A. Nope it can be wherever you want! Live it up where you'd like Knuckles!
B. They sure can get multiple wings if they'd like! We mostly listed eyes a bunch of times as a joke about Biblically Accurate Angels.
C. As long as it's something that wouldn't be considered someone's private property, it just needs to be present in that canon in general (for instance any DC comic character could do a world regain of the Daily Planet newspaper, but you'd need Batman to regain Wayne Manor because that's his house man)
