I'm afraid we're going to have to say no the character being apped to Kaisou mostly due to the hivemind aspect. Kaisou wants players to app one individual when they app a character, and a hivemind simply isn't that. This holds especially true when the character is made up of the bug population of an entire planet. Theoretically that is trillions upon trillions of bugs, there just isn't a feasible way to nerf that, even with your suggestion of starting with a limited number of bugs.
