1. Very specific, but with the latest event being a Pokemon-based one, if I apped her in time could I have the Pokemon she gets be a reincarnation of her original Pokemon/remember her in some way?
2. Would "can speak to birds" cost as much as the full speak-with-animals power, or would the limitation allow a discount on the power price?
