On 3, canon's actually been a little ambiguous as to whether the ability requires the contract with Mash, or if it was basically like... a one-time permanent grant, sort of thing. Mostly because Ritsuka still seems to possess it even when Mash does not have access to the power of the heroic spirit that it (presumably) originally came from. If that makes any difference! It's a little fuzzy, unfortunately.
Clarification for number 4! Would this mean choosing a specific servant for each one, or just a 'slot' that could be filled, so to speak? For example, would it be "shadow servant based on Arturia Pendragon" and then that specific shadow is always used until a second is purchased, or more like "one shadow servant can be summoned" but the specifics would vary? Also to be clear, when talking about basic attacks this is still a "basic attack" on a Servant's power level; Arturia would need to use her noble phantasm to take out a kaiju-sized monster in one shot, but something like destroying a house by taking out one wall at a time is well within the power of normal attacks, for example, so just want to confirm we're on the same page as far as regain cost would be! this canon is a little ridiculous sometimes okay
