prunedworlds: (you know what I mean)

Hello hello I am here with regain questions! I have hopefully consolidated it all into a single post but, well, I cannot promise that I haven't forgotten or overlooked anything.

So, without further ado!

1. Command spells and contracts. If I'm understanding correctly, these are two separate regains, so while Ritsuka kept her command spells when she arrived, to form new contracts that ability would need to be purchased? Related, would contracts she had with existing OU servants in canon potentially be valid, or do those need to be reinstated?

2. The nearest thing Ritsuka has to equipment/weapons for herself in canon are called Mystic Codes. They're basically enchanted outfits. They offer some protection against things like temperature extremes and (mostly low-level) magical effects, as well as allowing Ritsuka to use a few actual spells, the selection of which depends on the mystic code in question. (Spells can include offensive, defensive, healing, etc, it just depends.) They're still ultimately clothes though, not 'armor' in the traditional sense of something that could stop a blade. Would the regain cost for one of these be the same as enchanted armor/weapons at 3 points, then, or would it be something else?

3. In canon Ritsuka has an immunity to poison thanks to her contract with Mash. Mostly in terms of non-magical poison, though there seems to be some resistance to the magical stuff as well. (It's unclear whether or not alcohol counts as poison.) I've heard there's precedent for this ability in game but can't find the cost, so what would the cost be?

4. Normally in canon Ritsuka commands or summons Servants to fight for her, since she can basically do jack by herself. Now, obviously summoning actual Servants who aren't already in game is right out. However, it's canon that under some circumstances, such as when cut off from Chaldea, Ritsuka can instead summon what's termed "shadow servants", basically something much closer to familiars. These shadow servants will mimic the general form and abilities of actual servants, but are essentially magical automatons that can't do much more than fight according to their Master's orders, and can't stay manifested for very long anyway. You're definitely not gonna be able to have a conversation with one! It's also a little vague how many can actually be summoned at once, but it's definitely not many, so on that point I'd assume no more than three active with potentially another 2-3 to be called on as backup, like the party size limit of the game. So, would this even work as a regain ability, or would it need to be tweaked a bit? And how much would it cost?

5. An easier question for once, I noticed when looking through the gacha goodwill that there's some items that require a character have a particular elemental affiliation. Would a character who doesn't yet have an element be able to get an item like that and thus that locks in the element type, or would another elemental ability of the same type need to be purchased first?
