Would reincarnating a reincarnator be allowed? Very specifically -

Rand al'Thor is the reincarnation of Lews Therin Telamon. He would eventually end up with clear memories of Lews' life, as if a vivid dream, and some of his mannerisms.

Would I be able to reincarnate him into Kaisou, and give him Lews memories before Rand memories?
