Just feeling out character options, and I wanted to ask about the appability of a character from a canon that has no english release, and most information is gathered from various fan translations. Would a wiki link for the general gist & a write-up of history suffice, or would it be considered there's not enough content for the character? No worries if it's not cool - just thought I'd check!
