That is optional for players! If you want your character to attend school, Zodiac reps can decide it would be in their best interest to strongly encourage them to attend school! They will create falsified school records and enroll them in public school.

If a player isn't interested in having their younger character attend school, they can either have Zodiac decide for whatever reason it's not necessary, or just ignore Zodiac's constant strongarming.
