so how March's Purify ability works is that when she casts a shield on someone, it will dispel a single debuff that's present at the time of casting. she'd need to cast it again to clear any more negative status effects (so if someone is slowed and poisoned, she can only clear one of the two status effects at a time). essentially it's just an upgrade to her shielding skill.
