Location Name: Whiskers & Whipped Cream Location Type: Coffeeshop/cafe Run by: Jonathan Sims, one or two NPC employees (potential for future PCs to work if they want) Location: University district Description: A narrow two story building with the bottom floor hosting a cat cafe, and the second floor a studio apartment above it. It boasts some basic to imported beans, with a variety of roast types, as well as teas and some pastries. The cats staying in the cafe were rescued from the streets as strays, were seen by local vets, and are available for adoption should the proprietor agree you're a good fit. Around the floor are cat trees, perches, and here and there boxes of various cat toys. Along the walls are shelves and shelves of various books - the owner's own reference book collection. It is a quiet spot for students to study, rest, and have a few minutes to themselves. Once week it also hosts a trivia night, originally started by some of the students wanting a group study that became more of an official night activity with varied topics. Because of the hours students keep, the owner keeps doors open at odd hours as well.
