Location: Midtown Description: A four story apartment complex that aren't bad apartments, but definitely aren't high end ones and tends to get overlooked. It's a few blocks away from a 7-11 and across the street from a dessert shop. There's a courtyard with several gardens, a rec room, an "exercise" room with basically just a treadmill and a bike, some vending machines, and a roof you can access. Several characters live here, but it's not actually a "mod run" place like the Zodiac apartments.
