Magical Item Crafting?: ✅ Elemental Imbuement (Extreme)?: ❌ What types of Items do they make?: mostly mechanical items! if it's a clock or a toy or a weapon that requires moving parts, Percy can make it for you. he concentrates on weapons, but he's got a fondness for clocks and has been known to make toys and other less dangerous projects. he can also make ammunition for your weapons. he is also able to craft non-mechanical items, but that will take a bit more time. if it's a weapon he hasn't seen yet, he will figure it out and make you run the trial version for him. Notes: some of his more explosive weapons (ie guns) come with a chance of misfiring, as he has a day job and limited materials. I'll set the general DC to 3 if that's okay—if a firearm or another mechanical weapon he makes rolls below 3, it misfires and jams. on a natural 1, it fails and breaks spectacularly and needs repairs before it works again.
