To make a long story as short as I can, we had not been informed of certain aspects of the Metaverse app. Myself, Takame Kesi, Waver Velvet, and an innocent bystander became trapped in places not dissimilar to the Labyrinths. The Order was not going to send Guardians to aid in any rescue attempts since the immortality peach was more important. Rather, it was up to the Libra users to quickly launch any rescue attempts. Had they not succeeded, we would have perished by the hands of a "shadow" of ourselves. Aspects and feelings that we didn't wish to confront or accept as part of who we were.
To put it bluntly, the reason we didn't recruit them until now was because they are ostensibly protected by Zodiac through the Libra app. Once the app is off their phones, they either return to how they were prior to the app's installation or they might disappear if they were from a different world. Some, like Amal, stay in Kaisou permanently instead. We're unsure what causes this phenomenon, but I imagine that POKEGO is more interested in investigating it.
