Good morning, Guardians and new recruits. Since we have some new faces, allow me to introduce myself to you. I am Teresa Hathorne, and I've been a Guardian of The Black Order for roughly 20 years. I trust you have been informed that I have now been assigned to the Kaisou team.

Starting today, I will be closely monitoring the situation in Kaisou and gathering more detailed information to send to our superiors. Zodiac has shown that they do not have the situation under control and require a firmer hand to deal with their incompetence.
