As Fenthras contains several powers which would be considered high=price by themselves, we would increase the cost of it to 6 points if you wish it to be at the level you're describing. If you wish to still only pay the 3 points for it, some of the powers would need to be nerfed- please let us know which you'd prefer! The rest of the pricing is absolutely fine.
