Ah, my apologies! The protagonists of the Xenoverse games can learn the moves of other characters through a variety of means, and Kai Kai is one such technique. In game it allows the user to teleport to the side of an ally or an enemy, but that's one of those gameplay things; canonically (both in the original series and the game itself) the user can teleport wherever they please with few, if any, apparent limitations.
So I figured, in line with the standard limits teleportation abilities tend to have here, she'd be able to either teleport to a place she knows and has been prior or, in conjunction with her previously-regained presence sensing ability, lock on to a presence she recognizes and warp to their side (see the related and much more iconic Instant Transmission ability, which she can also learn).
