Hi AC, this is Yuff here!

To clarify, there does seem to be misunderstanding on both sides. The big difference between Shining and what you're asking is that Shining only gives advantage because it increases the vision and reflexes of the characters, that's all! Basically, it's giving people a better chance to succeed in a roll. Should someone fail on both rolls with the Shining caused advantage, there's absolutely nothing that Elliot or anyone else with Shining can do about it.

Meanwhile Command Shuffle basically has the IC implication that Ritsuka is rewriting time itself and having a situation do a redo. The only other characters who are capable of such of an ability are the god characters (which is listed in the monster document), which is why we compared it to that price point.

However, we do recognize that Command Shuffle does have the ability to fail, unlike Divine Intervention. Therefore, we will offer the ability for 2 points instead of the proposed 4. We apologize for the earlier misunderstanding on our part.

Does that sound acceptable to you?
