Dosis is a non-elemental magic blast attack. It looks like shooting a laser, if that helps.
Eurekan Dosis lasts for 30 seconds. It is also a non-elemental attack, but has a far lower level attack- it evens out to be about the same total attack as Dosis over the duration.
Kardion is just the name used to show the link between the Kardia caster and the receiver of the buff. The amount of healing gained is relative to the power of the magic attack- so, Dosis would return a small amount of HP, while a higher level attack would return more HP. (I know this one is weird and confusing.)
Kerachole lasts for 15 seconds. It is a very small heal. edit: to add to this, the Kerachole shield makes it so anyone in the shield is hit for 10% less damage
Diagnosis is a medium heal. (i probably should have put this to be 3 points sorry)
Prognosis is a small heal (but applied to all party members).
Eukrean Diagnosis and Progonsis both heal less than their non-eurekan counterparts. The shields last either 30 seconds or until the the shield is broken (which would be about the equivalent of a medium/large amount of damage).
(I am sorry, Sage is probably the most confusing healer to explain; if it helps, it is considered a 'shield healer', meaning that it is better at preventing damage than actually healing; that's why all the heals themselves are pretty small.)
