Regain Type: Ability Regain Details: Mana Transference - it's the high level healing magic in MHYK, capable of healing most near-fatal injuries, illnesses, or other medical conditions. Because it draws from the user's magic, it leaves the healer exhausted and fatigued afterwards, and can actually cause their magic to become weaker. It also only works if the patient trusts the caster means them no harm and the caster isn't to the point of being like, completely busted on the scale of magical power. Lack of trust means the flow won't work as well and will cause discomfort, pain, or death, and if the caster is putting their mana into someone significantly weaker than them it could cause the patient to, uh. Explode?
Rutile is still very young and weak, so the latter isn't really an issue! At worst anyone who's not chill with Rutile touching them to heal them or mistrusting in general will just feel uncomfortable and tingly during it, but their wounds/illness will still improve. Points: 4

It's the size of a normal broom, and it's used for flight - speed and ability are something that are learned over time, so as it is it will only be capable of hovering above the ground, so faster speeds will be regains later down the road. It can be summoned and dismissed at will into the ether, because it's a creation of someone's magic. Points: 2
