Sealeo: Caesar will get a pokeball with a Sealeo inside! Sealeo is mostly depowered while in the city, but can use all their pokemon abilities in the Spirit Realm.
Magical Girl: Caesar now has a magical boy form! While he's in this form, any abilities he has will be boosted by two levels (so if he has low elemental manipulation normally, he'd have advanced elemental manipulation in his magical boy form)! This form lasts temporarily, and does require he wear magical girl/boy outfit of some kind.
