Scaled down to FFX Aeon levels, should shrink them down to at least elephant size (though I imagine Shiva is just a tall Amazonian lady, not necessarily elephant sized), 5 minutes duration. We can tack on a rule that it only works in the Spirit Realm if we want to ensure no collateral damage should there be fighting in city limits. I'm also fine doing a little sidequest or something to unlock it if necessary.
