We did! The point scaling is based on the tables that are listed within the post here (2 points for a basic level spell, 3 for intermediate, 4 for mastery, etc). So it was always 16 points considering all the different types of magic that Owl House witches have. The bundle discounts is just meant to be a nice gesture by the mod because I'm well aware how many points some characters abilities take.
